Please verify that you understand the following information:

-The program runs from 26-30 November 2018 (arriving on 25) and you are required to stay for the entire program.
-The program fee is $2,100 USD this only includes Registration fee and does not include Hotel accommodation or travel expenses.
-Attendees must register within a week of being accepted.
-Attendees must participate for the entire duration of the program, which has a rigorous schedule (6am-11pm daily). There is no option to opt-out of any part of the program. All attendees are required to stay at the designated program hotel(s) and no additional guests/companions are permitted.
*The program fee is $2,100 (USD); this includes the registration fee, all the program activities, local transportation, and most meals. It does not include hotel accommodation, your air travel expenses to get to Cuzco International Airport nor any accommodations you may require before or after the program to better accommodate your travel schedule and does not include the private transport between Airport and Hotel (this can be arranged with the preferred agency for the event by each attendee)*
-The accommodation cost at the selected hotel for the total 5 nights is $1,444 USD for non-Peruvian. Peruvian residents must add 18% sales-tax for a total of $1,704 USD. *
