Global & Regional Event Voucher

Terms and Conditions

Members are eligible to use this voucher for an event that occurs within 24 months of their join date with EO. It can be used once toward a Global Learning or Regional event that occurs within the 24 month validity period. This voucher has a maximum value of USD$500 and cannot be combined with any other EO Global Event Vouchers.

The EO Global & Regional Event Voucher must be redeemed by the first day of the event.

The EO Global & Regional Event Voucher is non-transferable and can be applied to member registration fees only.

Vouchers do not guarantee a registration space at any EO Global event. Registrations are allocated on a first come, first served basis. In the case of a sold out event, EO will not reserve space for members who wish to redeem their voucher.

Qualifying Global Learning Events

To redeem this voucher for an EO Global Learning event, first register for any current available Global Learning event of your choice and pay in full the registration fee. Afterward, the credit will be processed to your credit card on file. If you pay only the deposit, the discount will be deducted from the final balance.

Global Learning Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration for the event toward which you have elected to use your voucher, you will be subject to the Payment and Cancellation Policy of that event.

If your cancellation warrants a refund, the voucher will be returned to you and can be used toward a future EO Global Learning or Regional event within the allotted 24-month time frame.

If your cancellation is not entitled to a refund and subject to a 100 percent non-refundable cancellation fee, your voucher will not be returned.

Qualifying Regional Events

To redeem this voucher for an EO Regional event, first register for any current available events and pay in full the registration fee. The credit will be processed to your credit card on file with EO Global after the completion of the event following your attendance. Please allow up to 30 days after the event for reimbursement.

Regional Cancellation Policy

Credit methods will vary depending on the Regional event. If you cancel your registration for the event toward which you have elected to use your voucher; you will still be able to apply and use the voucher towards another event as long as it is within your 24 month period.
