APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your interest to participate in the EMP Class of 2026! The programme will take place on 29 May - 2 June at the MIT Endicott House in Dedham, Massachusetts.
Before you begin the application process, please read the instructions below carefully.
Application Requirements
1. Be an EO member in good standing.
2. Submit this completed application form no later than 10 January 2024.
3. Pay the application deposit of US$2000.
4. Submit a personal statement totaling no more than two (2) pages.
5. Submit a 2-3 minute video explaining "why" you would like to participate in the program.
Application Deposit Details
- All EO member applicants are required to pay the deposit as a way of committing their participation in the programme. Please ensure you can attend before applying.
- Please be advised that the deposit is non-refundable for all ACCEPTED participants, regardless if the participant can register and attend or not.
- If you are NOT ACCEPTED into the programme, the deposit will be refunded.
Programme Registration
Please note that the programme registration fee for year 1 is US$5000. All applicants are required to pay a deposit of US$2000 here when submitting your application. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an acceptance letter. At that time, the Year 1 cost of US$5000 will be due, making the total Year 1 cost for accepted applicants US$7000 (US$2000 deposit + US$5000 Y1 registration fee).
Please note, the deposit collected upon applying to the programme is credited to the registration fee year 2 and 3. The payment schedule is as follows:
Year 1 Payment: US$5,000 + a one-time deposit of US$2000
Estimated Year 2 + Year 3 Payment: S$4,000 per year (after application of the deposit) *Fee is subject to change on a yearly basis. Fee will be updated within 4 months prior to registration.

*Applications missing any of these items are incomplete and will not be considered.
**You may create a username and password to save your form and complete it before the deadline.
Application Results
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the EMP Team. You will receive your application result via email by the end of business (9 p.m. GMT) on Friday, 9 February 2024. If you are not accepted, your application deposit of US$2000 will be refunded within 10 business days.
If you are accepted to EMP, you must:
- Register and pay the registration fee (US$5000) using the link in your acceptance letter. This registration fee is IN ADDITION TO the required US$2000 deposit.
- EO requires you to register and pay in full for the Year 1 meeting of the EMP Class of 2026 within 10 business days of receiving the acceptance letter.
- Payment by credit card, check or wire transfer is accepted and must be received and approved to confirm your place in the class.
- If you do not register within 10 days of being accepted or your form of payment is not approved within this time frame (i.e. your credit card is declined or wire transfer not received), your place in the class will be given to someone on the waitlist.
