Members on the waiting list will be sent information and a chance to register should a spot become available. In the same manner, as cancellations are acquired, the waitlist members will be notified about moving to a registered seat. You will be contacted by e-mail if you are offered a chance to register. This will be the primary way you will be notified. You will have 36 hours to accept, otherwise the next person on the waitlist is contacted and you are removed from the waitlist.
If you are unable to respond to a message sent to your primary email, you may provide the email address of someone who may respond for you (i.e. assistant)
